Synopsis
Who decides what you eat? (Clue, it isn’t you)
When food goes digital the notion of who has the decision power over the food choices we make suddenly is turned upside down. The power of digital paired with the fact that we are what we eat turns this question into personal and political dynamite. The Internet Society Special Interest Group for the Internet of Food tries to build bridges between knowledge islands in this volatile and dynamic sector.
